Test user (U):

Every call is answered at once. success:true means "saved on the phone"; bad input gets success:false.
The app sends a little later. It waits 2s after a single call, or 5s if calls keep coming (never more than 30s), then sends only what changed: only tags set → /device/tags; only tags removed → /device/tags/remove; anything else → one /device/upsert.
Logins and logouts go out one by one, in the order they happened. A logout sends /user/remove.
When to check the DB: wait about 10 seconds after a test.

Run them in order. One case runs at a time. After each Run, wait for the countdown, then check the DB.
